We attempted to use Gogoloco, though it seemed to interfere with MMD Worlds and made the ears and tail go out of control, so we wouldn't suggest using it with this avatar until we are able to determine a fix.

Purchase of the single personal use license has permission to:

• Modify and upload the Avatar for personal use.
• Use the Avatar for streaming, recording and/or VTubing purposes in addition to VRChat.
• Use the included assets to create accessories or clothing for the Avatar for personal use.
• Use the included assets to create accessories or clothing for the Avatar for Gumroad or similar marketplaces as long as the items do not include a significant amount of the Avatar's original mesh.
• Take commissions for additions, customizations, clothing or other modifications. (See "For Commissions" for more information.)

F O R • C O M M I S S I O N S

In the case of commissions, both parties will need to purchase the Avatar to ensure there is no loss of updates, fixes or changes to the Avatar on either side. You cannot purchase the Avatar and have someone else do a commission for it if they do not already own the Avatar or purchase it as well.

Purchase of the single personal use license does NOT have permission to:

• Upload the default provided textures included as a public avatar, but you MAY upload public versions with your own texture work.
• Share or distribute the included assets or any altered or modified versions of the Unitypackage, FBX or any contained assets outside of verified Avatar specific channels in the Blackwood Avatars Server.
• Claim any ownership over the Unitypackage, FBX, included assets, original mesh or any part in their creation.
• Share, distribute or sell the included assets, any altered or modified versions of the Unitypackage, FBX or contained assets of the Avatar as their own original creation on any platform.
• Distribute or sell the Avatar in any derivative work.
• Share or sell assets taken or parts of the Unitypackage, FBX or any contained assets.
• Sell or upload the Avatar on any other services for sale or private use. (ie. Second Life, etc.)
• Modify the Avatar or use the model in any malicious or illicit nature.
• Use the Avatar or any of it's assets in the production or creation of NFT or AI works in any shape or form.
